On May 17, 2008, we auctioned off 85 eggs donated by artists, authors, illustrators, and others.

We raised over $12,000 for the support of Open Fields School. $10,815 came from bidders at the auction; $1,310 from bidders on the phone (thanks to Unicel) or from absentee bids left at the auction or submitted via our website.

A price list is available, if you’re interested in seeing what your favorite egg brought at auction.
