If You Were a Penguin Wendell Minor is the illustrator of nearly forty award-winning picture books for children. His most recent books are Sitting Bull Remembers by Ann Turner, The Wolves Are Back by Jean Craighead George and his forthcoming Abraham Lincoln Comes Home by Robert Burleigh. Wendell’s second collaboration with his wife Florence, If You Were a Penguin, will be published in Winter 2008.
